Hello Mini-Mustang Family,

My name is Judd Alford and I am very excited for the opportunity to serve as Principal at SEES. I'm thankful to have attended SEES, SEMS, and SEHS in my younger years as this community has become a huge part of who I am today. I graduated in 2010 from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor's in Modern Languages and went on to receive my Masters in Arts of Education from the University of Phoenix. I have plans to pursue my Education Specialist Degree in the near future. With the upcoming school year in focus, we will commit ourselves to our mission that "Our school is a safe and positive place where teachers challenge, students excel, friendships form, and bright futures are made".

As an educator, I spent 13 years working at South Effingham High school with the last 3 serving as an Assistant Principal. During that time, I also served as an Athletic Coach, Club Advisor, and teacher of Advanced Placement classes.

At South Effingham Elementary School, our students will learn in the most positive setting that we can provide for them. Before students leave us they will also learn that if you are kind and work hard that amazing things will happen!

Born and raised in Effingham County, I have a deep love of this school system and the love of learning it fosters in students. At South Effingham High School, I was fortunate enough to take an Introduction to Early Childhood Education class where I was able to work with a 3rd grade classroom. It was there that I fell in love with teaching.

As the Instructional Supervisor/Assistant Principal, my job is to work with teachers to support students through clear and highly impactful instruction. I also facilitate grading, promotion/retention, class placement, and curriculum programs. It's a blessing to be able to serve our teachers and students every day in order to make the school that I actually once attended as a child, a place where teachers continue love to teach and students love to learn just as much as I did as a child!

I'm Bobbie Tootle, and this is my 5th year at SEES. I am married to Kevin, and we have two grown sons, Malloy and Sam. 

I am so blessed to be a part of such a wonderful school family. My door is always open, because it is so important to be active in your child's education. I am happy to help in any way!
